Bath Volunteers for Service 45th Tour of Distinctive Homes is in history books!

Bath Volunteers for Service 45th Tour of Distinctive Homes has ended, and what a success was!

Thank you to those of you that chose to participate in this year’s tour via Sponsorship and ticket purchase. We hope you enjoyed the six beautiful homes on this years’ tour. All of us at BVS are deeply appreciative of your support and belief in our mission of bettering the community through service.

This past spring BVS was able to donate $50,000 back to the community through grants to area service organizations, local civic associations, and Revere School District area students. This was possible only because of patrons like you who support our annual home tour and other BVS fundraisers.

In January, our grants committee will once again meet to consider applications from local nonprofits. Be sure to visit our website next spring to learn which local non-profits will benefit from your generosity.

Planning will begin this fall for the 46th Tour of Distinctive Homes in 2024, so check back early next year for an update on the plans for another fabulous tour.

About the Tour

Over the past forty-five years, the Bath Home Tour has become a treasured tradition in our neighborhood. Since 1977, it has been a privilege for Bath Volunteers for Service to showcase the finest in home and landscape design in our beautiful area.

This event is a collaboration that can happen only because of the generosity of area homeowners willing to open their beautiful homes. In addition, we have benefited from continued support of local businesses and individuals willing to advertise and provide sponsor support to underwrite the home tour expenses.

We are grateful for the success of this longstanding tradition that continues to serve as our organizations' primary fundraising event. The proceeds from the home tour allows BVS to annually award grants to dozens of local nonprofit organizations in the Bath and greater Akron area, as well as provide scholarships to high achieving & service-oriented students.
